1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Certain items such as custom-made products, used medical items, or clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
  2. Provide images or proof of damage/defect (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


7. International Orders

International orders may be subject to additional shipping and customs regulations. Best Med International is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes.
